1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Hearing Aids and Accessories: Hearing aids and accessories may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if they are in their original condition and packaging.
  • Custom Products: Custom-fitted hearing aids and earmolds are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective upon receipt, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items such as batteries, cleaning tools, and other consumable supplies are non-returnable.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, must be provided.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided, including the Return Authorization Number on the package. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if the returned item is not in its original condition or if there are missing parts not due to our error.
  • Rejected Returns: Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be eligible for a refund, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

5. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
