- Hearing Aids and Accessories: Hearing aids and accessories may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if they are in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom Products: Custom-fitted hearing aids and earmolds are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective upon receipt, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items such as batteries, cleaning tools, and other consumable supplies are non-returnable.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased.
- The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, must be provided.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
